Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Standard Deliveries will be made to states across US within 5 – 7 working days depending on what type of delivery you choose after placing your order. Customers can select for 'Special Delivery Next Day' if ordered by 11am.

For International and non-US parcels, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of order received. Please allow us 7-10 working days for delivery (subjected to custom clearance). 

A first attempted delivery counts as the guaranteed delivery, and a signature will be required. If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or email. We use XXX mail /courier with full tracking details available.

We strive to ship all of our items as soon as possible. Our fulfillment team generally ships orders 3 times per week. Once the item is shipped, the delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days as we use USPS Priority Mail to ship all of our products. However, in some situations, the delivery timeframe is a bit extended due to circumstances.

Shipping During Sale/Promotion Events:

Due to the high volume of orders during our sales and promotions, the shipping timeframe does increase to approximately a week’s time before the item is shipped. We strive to get all orders out as soon as possible however our orders take time to prepare and ship and hence the delay when we have a high volume of orders.

Shipping timeframe for out of stock items:

Our website is vast all of which we cannot carry in our inventory at all times due to stock selling out or in some situations, the item is made by order only. We email each of our clients personally to make them aware in case the item they ordered is sold out and the expected delivery timeframe for that item. Most items in wraps, jewelry and bags are handmade so they do take time to remake. We try our level best to always stock our inventory well, however, sometimes the demand is far greater than our inventory and those items take some time to make and deliver.

We appreciate each client’s patience as we always are working on getting your order to you as fast as possible. If you place an order and need the item urgently, kindly please email us at contactus@thepashm.com once the order is placed along with the order number and we can look to see if we can expedite your order for you.

Lastly, if you want to make sure an item is in stock before ordering, kindly please email us at contactus@thepashm.com and our support staff would be more than happy to assist you in letting you know the current stock status of any particular item(s).

Order Not Received

All domestic delivery issues becomes the responsibility of USPS once it's been shipped from our warehouse. We do not take responsibility of lost packages and no refunds are issued. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 or go directly to your local post office to locate your package. As more time passes, it may be more difficult for USPS to locate your package in case it was lost in transit and we advise and urge you to contact USPS immediately in such situations.
